The National Retail Federation (NRF) Gift Card Survey found that gift card sales will total nearly $25 billion this holiday season, an impressive $6 billion increase over 2005. And with more than 65 percent of Best Buy gift cards redeemed within 90 days of purchase, the excitement of the holiday shopping season extends into January, giving consumers the opportunity to complete the gifts they received or get themselves the gifts they really wanted.
